       It is an easy and refreshing drink made with watermelon and other ingredients. This recipe is very easy and quick to make as it is mostly made with basic ingredients that are available in the kitchen.  

       There are many ways to make watermelon syrup, but this recipe post describes 5 ways to make it.

       As I mentioned, I have shown 5 ways to make watermelon juice recipes or watermelon syrup.

       Watermelon is so simple and versatile, it blends with almost anything and makes a great cold drink

Fresh juices of watermelon

       In the first variation, which is quite popular, I have added peppermint and lemon juice to the watermelon summer drink. It is a healthy option and can be served to people of any age group.

Ingredient

  •  2 CupWatermelon, Cubes
  •  2  tbsp  mint
  •  2 table spoon lemon juice
  •  4 tsp black pepper powder
  •  1 table spoon of sugar

Method

  • Firstly, take 2 cups of watermelon in a blender.
  • Mix 2 Tbsp mint, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, tsp black pepper powder and 1 Tbsp sugar.
  • Blend well without adding water.
  • Finally enjoy fresh watermelon juices with mint

 Watermelon Juice with Ruh Afza

         In this watermelon juice variation, I have used Gulab Sharbat or Rooh Afza. I have chopped the watermelon finely and mixed the water with some ice cubes.

Ingredient

  • 2  tbsp Ice Crushed
  • 2 tsp ruhafza
  • 1 cup watermelon finely chopped
  • 1 cup cold water

Method

  • firstly, take 2 tbsp ice in a tall glass.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of ruhafza or rose syrup.
  • Also add 1 cup of finely chopped watermelon pieces.
  • Add 1 cup of water, stir and enjoy Watermelon Rooh Afza Sherbet. 

 Watermelon Juice With Sabja Seed

        In this summer drink variation, I have mixed subja seed and sprite with watermelon juice. In other words, this variation can also be called the watermelon mojito recipe.

Ingredient

  •  2 table spoon ice, crushed
  •  2 tbsp watermelon, finely chopped
  •  2  tbsp Sabja
  •  1 cup watermelon juice
  •  1 cup sprite or soda

Method

  • First, take 2 tsp of ice in a tall glass.
  • Add 2 tsp watermelon pieces, and 2 tsp sabza seeds. Soak the sabza seeds for at least 20 minutes or until it becomes jelly.
  •  Add 1 cup of fresh watermelon juice.
  •  Lastly, add 1 cup of fresh soda and Sprite and stir before serving. 


Watermelon Juice

       Homemade cold watermelon syrup is very beneficial for both taste and health. After drinking homemade watermelon syrup, you will not drink cold-colored and flavored cold drinks sold in the market. In the summer season, watermelon syrup is refreshing to the body.

 Ingredient

  • 1 kg watermelon
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 7-8 peppermint leaves
  • 5-6 Icecube

Method

  • First of all, wash and clean the watermelon. 
  • Now cut it and remove the green skin. Make small pieces of red watermelon and put them in a mixer jar, add peppermint to it. 
  • Now grind them well, if you like more sweets then you can add sugar too.
  • After grinding it, take it out in a pot and now add lemon juice in it. 
  • At the time of serving, pour ice cubes into the glass and pour watermelon syrup on top. 
  • Watermelon syrup is ready, you can decorate it with pudhina leaves.
  • Watermelon Juice is ready to serve. Enjoy a summer drink. 

Walnut Watermelon juice recipe

Ingredient

  • 1/2KG watermelon
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • Peppermint leaf as required
  • 8-10 Walnut

Method

  • First of all, wash and clean the watermelon. 
  • Now cut it and remove the green skin. 
  • Make small pieces of red watermelon and put them in a mixer jar. 
  • Grind it and also grind the peppermint leaves
  • Now filter it and mix black salt, lemon juice, and Finely chopped walnuts in it and serve summer special drink
  • Walnut Watermelon juice is ready 

Dear friends, I would like to give some easy and simple tips, suggestions, and advice for a perfect watermelon juice recipe.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Juice of watermelon has a very good taste when cooled down.
  2. Adding sugar in to the watermelon juice is completely optional and depends on the sweetness of the melon.
  3. Also, remove the seeds before blending.
  4. finally, the Watermelon Juice recipe tastes great in summer.

Suggestion –   Do not filter the syrup made after grinding the pieces of watermelon, this removes the fiber present in it which is beneficial for our body. You can also add black salt to it.               

     Firstly, I have only added sugar in the first variation and it is completely optional. If you do not like the extra sweetness then you can skip this. Also, I have not added sugar in another Variation because of Rose syrup and Sprite, as both contain sugar.                    

 Secondly, i have used seedless watermelon. If you have seeds in your Watermelon, then you have to strain it to get the seeds out.                    

 Finally, if you do not have a sprite, you can use plain soda for the same effect. You may need to add some extra sugar for more sweetness.
