To make Sabji Masala Powder, first of all, heat a tawa by burning the gas. Then put all the remaining spices together except red chili on a hot pan and fry it on a very low flame.
Take special care that the spices should be roasted on low flame while stirring continuously so that the spices do not get burnt.
Your masala will be roasted in about three to five minutes. Now put all the roasted spices, red chili and turmeric powder in the mixer and grind them finely to make a powder.
Now take out the ground spices in a plate or bowl and let them cool. When your Sabji Masala powder cools down, then store it in an airtight jar.
Whenever you make a vegetable, then add vegetable masala powder as required to enhance the aroma and taste of the vegetable.
Suggestion
Always roasting spices on low gas only, it enhances their aroma and taste. But if the spices are over-roasted, they become bitter. That is why while roasting spices, take special care of this thing.
